WW1 ANZAC Infantry

I painted these figures up last year or maybe the year before, and as yet they havent fired a shot in anger.(Where is 'Johnny Turk', Paul?)  I believe I purchased them from Brigade Games and are a combination of ANZAC infantry and dismounted light horse with a few Poms thrown in. http://www.brigadegames./

Doc's 'Art' of War  blog, his WW2 Aussies battling it out with the Japanese. One can never have enough Australian troops.......looks like it might be off the the Pacific. Now where to find good figures?????????

    Brigade Games/Company B sells Aussies designed by Michael Broadbent. The Aussies are available both in slouch and tin headdress.

    Battle Honours have Aussies and like Paul (Wargamer Blue) he uses both the Eight Army and the former as a mix in a unit.

    Artizan Designs have a small range too.

    Warlords Games are about to release their USMC followed by Japanese and Chindits.

    Actually, I'm impartial to The Assault Group pacific range. Can't wait to see the new Bolt Action stuff.

    Thanks Helen. There seems to be quite a range on the market. I have some Bolt Action figures already so hopefully the new range will be on a par.

    Beccas, yeah well what can I say, maybe hell is freezing over. At least I cant blame you for this venture.

    By the way, I love your WW1 ANZACs - Great brushwork.

    There might be some Chindits used with the Kokoda adventure going by the sten on the fellow about to toss a grenade.
